Are National Casino free spins worth it or is the wagering brutal
turned a measly fifty into five grand once on some old free games promo, back when the wagering was low enough you could actually see the finish line 😄 so yeah, i've got a soft spot for a decent free spins offer.
having a slap at the national casino spins from here in australia, sure. But mate, i went looking for the actual wagering attached to them and came up blank. and that's the whole ballgame, isn't it. thirty times through and it's worth a go, sixty on wins only and the feature better pay quick or it's a dead machine walking. anyone here cleared those spins yet? even a rough idea of how many times through would help the rest of us decide. ah well, we grind on 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
That fifty into five grand story is wild 😅 quick one though. When you say low wagering, how do you actually find what the spins are set at before having a slap? 🙏
Learn something new about casinos every day.
good question mate, wagering just means how many times you have to play through the spin winnings before they turn into real money - win A$10 off free games with 40x wagering and you've got to bet A$400 total before you can cash it out. that's why the old promo i mentioned paid off, the finish line was actually reachable. on the national casino spins the exact multiple isn't listed anywhere i could find, so i'd check the terms page before having a slap, because a deadset nightmare multiplier makes the free games worth bugger all 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Thanks Maccas_Local62, that A$400 example finally makes it click 😅 So if the National spins wagering isn't listed clearly anywhere, is it even worth having a crack? 🤔
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

@Maccas_Local62 cheers, that A$400 example actually helps a lot 😅 total noob here, only just did my first deposit, so all this wagering maths is new to me. If the free spins terms are buried or unclear, does that usually mean it's not worth the bother, or should I dig through the promo page first? 🤔
Dig through the promo page first, always. I keep a spreadsheet of every bonus I've cleared and the ones with vague or hidden wagering terms consistently ended up negative EV once you factor in the game weighting. On a small spin sample free spins can look great, but if 40x applies to spin winnings only and low-RTP pokies count 100% while others count less, your effective cost of clearing that A$400 target changes massively. If National's terms are genuinely unclear, that alone tells you the expected value of the bother.
