Yeah mate, 100% is exactly what it means. Every dollar you spin counts a dollar towards the playthrough. If a pokie only counts at say half weight, you've got to churn twice as much through it before the bonus clears, so the "full weight" list is the one worth knowing. Turned 50 into 5k once on an old-school grind back in the day, but only because the whole lot counted full, wouldn't have bothered at half.
