Surge Casino keeps popping up in the low wagering lists

Same story here, mate, a couple of blokes on Discord reckon their no-deposit at Surge cleared easy, but not one screenshot of an actual withdrawal in the thread. Until I see someone post a cashout with the wagering math on it, I'm treating it as another offshore name that ACMA can ping any week. Bonus hunting's only worth it if the money actually lands in the bank 💸

CronullaSouth said it properly, no cashout screenshot, no case. My rule with any offshore no-deposit is the same as judging a pokie: RTP on paper means nothing if you never get to complete a session, and a bonus with murky wagering terms is all volatility with zero expected value on the withdrawal side. Until someone posts the actual maths on how many times through and whether it cleared, I'm treating Surge as noise, and the geo angle only makes me more careful with where my details go.
Volatility > vibes.

Ha, turned a fifty into 5k once on the club pokies and still couldn't get a venue to hand over a cheque without ID drama — so you can imagine my patience for an offshore no-deposit nobody can screenshot. Freo_Dad's right, wagering terms you can't finish a session on is just volatility dressed up. If anyone here has actually cleared a bonus at Surge and banked it, post the withdrawal trail, otherwise I'm giving it a miss.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Yeah same, no cashout screenshot means I'm out. Total noob here but even I know wagering terms buried offshore are a bad sign 😅 anyone actually been paid?

Yeah same boat here lads, funny thing is everyone's happy to show a hit video, yet the one clip that matters, watching funds land after clearing the playthrough, goes missing every time 🤔 bonus hunting is a job and a no-depo with hidden turnover counts against your hours at best; until a regular posts the full sequence including max cashout caps and expiry, I'll stick my slack there into venues where a win walks home with you same night 💸

Funny how the "win video" always exists but the withdrawal one evaporates, eh. If Surge's no-depo was fair dinkum someone here would've had a slap and shown the pay by now. Ah well, we grind on 😉

@BookVegas2000 mate I actually pulled A$180 off a no-depo there last month, took ages but the cashout went through. Not every promo is a setup 🤑🎰

Funny thing about those Discord blokes claiming an easy clear, did any of them mention which games counted toward the playthrough? I've had offshore no-depos before where only the dead machines counted and the decent ones were zeroed out, so you'd be grinding pokies at A$2 a spin for nothing. Until someone shows the cashout with the game list attached, I'm keeping my bankroll out of it 😭🎰
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

AceChaser nailed it, I've had the same offshore trick where the low-vol pokies count and everything with a pulse is excluded, so you clear the playthrough and still can't touch the feature games. Until someone posts an actual paid cashout screenshot from Surge, I'm treating it like every other offshore name floating past ACMA: cheap talk. My bankroll stays out of it 😭💸

@BenEsky615 exactly this, the playthrough is the easy bit, the game weighting is where they get you. Dave's A$180 story is the only payout claim in the thread and even he said it took ages, so until someone drops a screenshot with the timestamp and withdrawal amount visible I'm treating every Surge "easy clear" as marketing. Also worth checking which licence they're waving around before ReelDiva puts money in tonight.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.

@TrueBlueLocal fair dinkum I can't screenshot anything either mate 😅 but I've had two smaller cashouts from Surge and yeah they took their sweet time, still landed tho. Dave's A$180 is proof enough for me, some of these places just process slow, doesn't mean they're rorting punters... but each to their own 🎰🔥

@NickSlots mate same experience here, took well over a week but the dosh landed in full so I'm not fussed 😅 slow isn't rorting as long as they pay. CronullaDad can screenshot all he wants, I've cashed out my Surge wins twice and I'll keep spinning the pokies I love there, the playthrough on my go-to is fair enough anyway. If one day they don't pay ah well 🤑🔥

@Rob_Win73 slow-but-paid twice is still slow, mate. I work in IT, a week-plus to push a withdrawal in 2025 means understaffed payments or someone manually reviewing every payout, and neither screams confidence. And for the "I'll keep spinning" crowd, check whether those pokies even count full weight on the playthrough before you praise the terms. Got a cashout screenshot with the date on it, or just trust me vibes?

@OneMoreSpinOrBust game weighting's the quiet killer alright, seen it a hundred times, punter grinds the playthrough on the wrong pokies and wonders why the balance never moves. Word is Surge's weighting table reads nicer than it plays, if you catch my drift 🤫 As for screenshots, mate, I know a fella who knows a fella, and the chatter in my circle is the slow payouts aren't stingy, they're just messy. Different thing. Whether that's better or worse, well... those who know, know 😏

Proof enough for me would be a screenshot, not vibes 😏 two "smaller cashouts" that took their sweet time is exactly the guaranteed minus long-run setup, slow process keeps you spinning while they hold your dosh. Dave's A$180 story is one bloke chasing a week for pocket money 🤡 keep the faith though lads, house loves loyal punters 💸

A week-plus to process a withdrawal is exactly where I stop giving benefit of the doubt. NickSlots, Rob_Win73, fair enough if it landed in full both times, but two data points each and no screenshots in the thread yet. Got a cashout screenshot? Timestamp and amount visible, that's all I'm asking. "It landed eventually" is what every dodgy offshore operator counts on punters saying. Also nobody in this thread has pinned down which licence Surge actually runs under or whether it's on any current blacklist. Low wagering lists are written by affiliates who get paid when you sign up, so the list itself proves nothing. If the licence is some obscure island outfit, ACMA can block the domain overnight and your balance goes with it. Slow payouts plus murky licensing plus an unverified RTP - that's the combination I'd want cleared before I sent them a cent.
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.

Slow payouts and I still play there too, yeah nah, I can't argue with CasinoLadyx on that one 😅 my last Surge cashout took days as well but it landed, A$400-ish, no dramas. Game weighting is the real trap tho, my favourite pokies counted bugger all toward the playthrough once and I learned that the hard way. Screenshot? honestly never think to grab one in the moment, ah well 🔰🎰

@LuckyStreak_Addict 😂 bank balance missing persons report is exactly the vibe while I'm staring at the pending page every arvo But real talk, mine landed too and honestly the games make up for it. Had a massive hit on my favourite last night off like A$20 spins - was up near A$900 before I even noticed 😱🔥 that slot PAYS when it's hot. Week wait is painful ngl, but I've never been stiffed there so I keep going back. Ah well, patience is part of the game I suppose 💰🎰

Every pokies fan in this thread making excuses for a week-long cashout like slow pay is a loyalty program 😂 that "eventually" doing a lot of heavy lifting. Low wagering lists are just the bait, the cashier tells you the real story. Sure the games pay, but did they let you withdraw without the manual review circus? 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@Darwin_Local paid is paid, fair enough, but two cashouts is a sample size of two. Before anyone chases that low wagering bait, check the blacklist first and find out who actually got paid at scale, because a week-long pending window is exactly how places build float on people who'll reverse the withdrawal and spin it back. Anyone here got a screenshot with the amount and date visible?

@SpinQueen_Wins you're right about the sample size, though I'd add the pending window itself is measurable even on small cashout samples, a week of float is a week of reversal temptation, and the operators know how many punters crack and cancel. Two clean payouts tells you they can pay; only the aggregate timeframe tells you whether the wait is structural. I'd want to see the median, not the anecdotes.

@Darwin_Local paid in full counts for something, no argument there. But that week-long pending window is where I'd crack, had a slow payer once, watched my withdrawal sit there, cancelled it chasing a 500x that never landed. Lesson learned: cashing out in time is everything, and a pending button is a baited hook. Would you actually reverse if it sat 6 days? 😭💸

Got a cashout screenshot from that Surge bonus run, JackpotDreams? Easy to say "lock the withdrawal and walk away" when the low wagering terms actually pay out. Until a week of pending wears someone down. Reversal buttons exist because they work on most punters, that's the whole business model.

Funny thing is I cancelled a pending withdrawal once too, at a different joint mind you, watched my bank go chasing a 500x that never showed 🤣 Now I get the reversal button removed from my brain the moment I hit submit. Gary's got a point though, that week of pending is basically a pokie with your name on it 😂
