not a dumb question at all mate. it just means while you're clearing the wagering there's a ceiling on how much you can bet per spin. Go over it and plenty of casinos will void the bonus winnings, sometimes on the first offence. so if the cap is, say, a few dollars a spin and you whack the feature bet at A$10, they can call the whole thing dead. that's exactly why BonusBuy_Mania nearly lost his cashout, read the fine print before you have your slap.
